Has Bambu acknowledged nozzle / hotend issues yet?

This is not the first time I am reading that the nozzles fall apart.

Having just spent close to 3k on a printer and HF nozzles I am getting a tad nervous … I am used to ‘day 1’ bugs and I expect them, but catastrophic hardware failures like that make me nervous …

Care to comment Bambu ?

That’s two people… hardly a crisis. And those two have been posting here as well. It’s bambu press-fit and has happened on the X/P nozzles too. Don’t flake out.

Yes sir ! Won’t do …

I’m one of those users you linked to.

After I opened a ticket they asked for my printer SN, nozzle SN and order number. Once that was done, they sent me a replacement hotend.

There’s clearly a QA issue at the moment but hopefully they can sort it out ASAP.

Were you using an engineering (high temp) filament?

No, just regular Bambu PETG HF.
