From Germany to Austria (25char)
Donât get your hopes up too high, mine is in the Avisierungsprozess since a week and nothing has happened since thenâŠ
They called me after about 2days and said, that they would come âtomorrowâ
H2D was in avisierungprozess Wednesday evening then received a text message from the local delivery company (France) Thursday evening to advise delivery is planned today from 1 to 6PM with a link to re-plan delivery if I want to. Delivery was quick but fingers crossed that package is in good conditionâŠ

I will see, where do you live? because it looks like they do not deliver in countries outside Germany and hand it over to a local company. Sometimes this process is smooth but in many cases not!
I live in Germany and in fact the headquarters of GEL Express is only 15km away from my home.
Already thought about to visit them and ask where my package is because they are not answering the phone and support Tickets.

Mine was shipped Wednesday, and planned for delivery on Monday, the 14th. Deliver is UPS, I live in SwitzerlandâŠ
It was already in that status since Wednesday April 3th. So it took them still 7 days to deliver after that.

Anyone in the Uk who ordered on the 8th had any updates? XDP just says âSpirit statusâ in hub, whatever that means. Its said that since yesterday at 9am. Im a bit concerned after reading up on XDP.

I have received mine last Wednesday, after beeing announced for Friday, and alter Monday.
The bottom of the packing was slightly âdestroyedâ but no problem at the printer.
UPS just delivered in front of my door without ring, call - just took a picture and added that into the tracking.

Day 17 of the âin-stockâ printer not even having been shipped, Bambulabs not answering any support requests, no communication whatsoever after ?fraudulently? taking approx. 4000 Eur and just shipping parts which are useless now. 400e shipping.
some seem to have gotten Schenker Logistics notices today. I hope this is gonna be it as this should be the carrier considering 400eur shipping charges ⊠Otherwise Paypal it is.
And you didnât get any message in that 7 days of waiting before delivery? And the status on the page has it ever changed to out for delivery? Last question, was it delivered by GEL or a local company?
Already received items they should be shipped end of April like the vision calibration plate but the âin stockâ printer is still not shipped out

I do think GEL specifically is in over its head. They are working with all kinds of local subcontractors which have different quality. The fact the H2D is heavy cargo makes the entire process different.
Ive ordered another AMS 2 Pro on wednesday and has already arrived.
Remember that Bambu states 3 to 10 working days for delivery. 10 working days is 2 weeks. 2 weeks waiting for ones new toy is eternity

On Wednesday April 3th it went to the Avisiering status in the GEL tracker. After that there were nog changes in the GEL tracker. However, the Bambu Lab tracker showed some movement on Thursday, but nothing changed in the status. On Monday April 7th the Bambu Lab tracker said something about delivery, but no status change in either tracker. And then they showed up yesterday, without a call, status change or anything.

Did you purchase the laser version of the H2D?
It seems like the Laser Versions are shipped around the 25th april. So we have to wait a bit, i ordered the 10w version aswell.
In the order confirmation mail for me it says:
âBambu Lab H2D will be shipped around ETD: ship around May.9â
For me the wait is not a big problem, as long as they ship it then and it arrives without any damage

no the ams combo âinstockâ. is also instock on the receipt. shipping time was advertised as 1-3 days or so.
Did yours arrive? I received a box of the accessories yesterday but not the printer.
