Has your H2D Shipped?

In Sweden, all deliveries from Bambu Lab have so far required a signature, so I would expect the H2D to be no different.

XDP, Unit 6b Towngate Business Centre, Everite Road, Widnes WA8 8PT.

I got a text message yesterday from xdp requesting I sign a damage waiver for the driver in order for them to deliver it. Not really sure what that’s about but apparently it’s being delivered today. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the info, mate… Not sure it will fit in the car. I have a Mercedes GLC.I will have to check car first lol…

My H2D finally got delivered by GEL. 2 people showed up and carried it into the House but refused to take it to the second floor to my apartment…
It’s manageable to carry it alone for a couple of stairs but still a bad service when we pay +75€ for shipping and it’s delayed like crazy. Will unbox it now. The box looks in good condition.

I placed my H2D order in Europe on April 8th during the first minute of launch, and it still hasn’t shipped. It’s been 8 days and support hasn’t given me any information. When I check the order page, it’s been stuck on ā€œPreparing for shippingā€ since then. Is anyone else in the same situation?

Called XXL, printer is on its way today! :muscle:

Me too.
Order says ETD 18.04. But this is the date when it will be at the warehouse (Support said that).
I think we will get the printer next week.

Exactly the same for me.
Shows still prepearing but during order and in the order overview its showed as ā€œin stockā€

I placed my order the very first minute the printer was in stock, and a later order for the same printer has already been shipped. Support keeps giving me vague answers and is not responding to what I’m actually asking.

Delivered just a hour ago! :tada:

Just an update for my US based order for others to compare, I ordered the basic combo, H2D and AMS2, on the late afternoon of 3/25 and it said when I ordered ā€œShip around April 30, 2025ā€ … no change form that so far.

Here too! Seems the first batch send out with GEL is now getting deliverd.

Mine turned up (UK) through XDP. Printer packaging was in near perfect shape and printer seems in perfect condition too.

The driver was a really nice guy, it was only him in the truck so I offered to help him move it.

It’s not overly heavy and can be handled by one person.

I ordered my H2D in the Netherlands, fulfilment from their German warehouse. I got the filaments in the next day, the printer shipping label was issued in the 7th and picked up in the 8th, so far so good, a freight that does not take more than 2 business days was not delivered in the 7th day since the collection, I opened a support ticket with them, the next day the shipment shows up as delivered, not sure where because I never got the printer, it is been more than 48h since I opened the support ticket, nobody answers it, the live agents are incapable to solve anything, they promised somebody would reach out in 24h, nobody did. How can they mess my delivery so much, I will give them until end of the week for a solution, otherwise I will request a chargeback and never do business with them again, I sold my X1C expecting the new printer now I have no printer for prototyping.
Such a disappointing treatment.

Okay, in GƩrmany it is that easy.

But yeah, i would like to send it back, i only have issues with it.

My printer status is delivered by GEL in the Netherlands (after 7 days waiting), but the printer was never delivered to my address, I wonder if they delivered to some hub and that means it is stuck somewhere. I am so mad with this horrible logistics from bambu, for the 200 euros I paid of freight it should be a much better delivery experience.

Not happy with the printer, but delivery with DB Schenker was fast and perfect.

Ordered mine on 3/25 at 2pm, showing to ship around 4/30.

I had to carry mine upstairs so I unboxed it downstairs and removed the AMS and the top glass first to make it a bit lighter. The back of the machine is heavier so I lifted the machine forward facing forward and it wasn’t too bad!
