No, I think its currently only the label. Usually it does not take too long after that, but I don‘t know how it is with UPS. There are always surprises, this holds as well for shipping fees, customs, taxes etc. It is often a surprise^^

Same problem for me, ordered 08/04, DB Schenker tracking on 17th, stuck at Mönchengladbach since. Estimated delivery date : Today (25/04)
I contacted DB Schenker France (I’m in France), they said “We will send an email to German DB Schenker to tell them to send the package”.
I wanted it for my holidays but I think it’s f*** now
Just received my combo version (Netherlands) and am unboxing it at this moment.
I’ve no clue where the lasers module is… Who knows I might still find it.
In Bambu shop also says that my order (order number) has been delivered. So, it looks like I received everything, but I only received the laser module. It’s also not indicated anywhere that it consists of two deliveries.

Yes it was exactly the same here. I just asked in their live chat and they gave me the DB Schenker tracking nuber, but the printer is not picked up by them until now. I think you will get an E-Mail when the printer is on the way with the second tracking number.

@h3li0 My laser was shipped seperately by a different carrier but i never got a second tracking number

thanks, in the meanwhile i spoke to support over chat and they gave me the tracking number for the printer - which was shipped by a new company - let’s see if how this one is…

Yes, I just received my shipping number via live chat. It’s being delivered by DB Schenker. The order to pick up the printer was placed this morning.
Got the same feeling, if our is part of US shipment batch at port and they redirect all the H2D laser to US customer first to avoid paying tariff. Maybe some got hit by tariff and end up selling Canadian shipment to US customers first.
Sell as much at pre-tariff US customers first because they know they are going to see dip in sales post-tariff ones?
Possibly but that doesn’t explain how some Europeans are getting shipment notices on orders from last week. Today is is my ship by date and it’s still the shipping date on the Canadian store so I’ll probably open a ticket tomorrow if I don’t get some update tonight. Kind of insane you still haven’t gotten anything from the first batch.

I have other H2D laser combo on EU and only tracking for a 0.8Kg packet.

That’s what happened to me, too. I received the laser module today. Today I also received my tracking number from DB Schenker, and 15 minutes ago I received an email from DB Schenker where I could select the delivery date.
