I put in a ticket this morning I think you should as well. Kinda insane people who ordered a week ago are getting deliveries. I usually wouldn’t care but I took time off work to receive the printer.

Ordered laser combo 4/8 in the first few minutes of orders opening in the USA for the laser. 4/28 estimated ship date. Got a shipping notice yesterday 4/25!

Nice. Did they mention the waiver?

I ordered on 4/8 at 7:01AM PST for a 10w laser version. It had an estimated ship date of 4/28. Last night I got a notification that the tracking label has been created.

The tracking # however is for OnTrack (starts with a ‘D’). As others have stated OnTrack is easily the worst shipping company so we’ll see how well the packing holds up. Interesting that others are getting two tracking numbers for the printer and the laser but my order shows one tracking and now shows fulfilled. With any luck the laser is through OnTrack and the printer will come FedEx. I can’t imagine they could ship the laser with the printer itself and the AMS2.

In the text message it did, but no need to sign it seen as my wife went to collect it

I ordered the same time as you and it appears that all I’m getting is the laser so far, not the printer. Hopefully that will ship out on Monday.

The email that is sent out does not really distinguish what is being sent. You have to check the weight of the shipment to know for sure.

Might see if I can pick mine up. What number did you ring as when i tried it was all automated

Never got a number, I got a response via email and sent my wife’s number, it was a private number that called to confirm collection was ok

You might be right, the OnTrack tracking info shows 3lbs. But it also says 1"x1"x1". I’m guessing that’s not right.

Yep. That’s exactly what mine says.

My company uses OnTrac for some of our online sales and we’ve had next to no issues with them. They’re regional so there’s not usually as much package handling (less chance for damage) and their on-time delivery stats are better than other carriers.

I had one Bambu shipment from Jersey to PA with them and it was fine…arrived on time and with no damage.

I’m surprised people are saying they’re the worst. It all goes by individual experience, and any package carrier is going to have occasional issues, but my experience being a shipper with them is that they’re pretty good.

I wouldn’t worry yet…most likely your printer will show up just fine!

I suppose it isn’t fair to define all of OnTrac from an insignificant dataset such as my own experiences.

It’s not often I get packages from OnTrac, but I do a lot of online purchases so I get about 10 a year from them. The ones I get tend to sit in their hands for a long time before moving. They either end up with USPS (unless I have that backwards), or they come from what looks like independent contractors using rented vans. Regardless of USPS or contractors being the last mile, the packages are always trashed. Out of the 10 packages a year I get from them, about 8 are from the rented van variety. About 3 of those tend to do this weird thing where it’s out for delivery, they say they failed to deliver the package (no signature required and I was WFH that day so I was around), so it goes back to the depot, waits a couple of days, then they retry delivery which is always successful. I tend to be impatient, and stuff like that drives me up a wall knowing if another carrier delivered it, I’d have it 3ish days sooner probably.

You’re right though, I’m sure it’s going to be fine and there’s no point in worrying.

I had never heard of them until yesterday.

They’ve been absorbing a lot of local carriers over the last few years. I know in my area they absorbed LaserShip.

Yeah that’s definitely not good…rescheduling by a carrier is unacceptable even once (although I get that things happen). Do you live in a fairly remote area?

Did you get yours yet? My tracking was generated Wednesday, and as of today it’s still listed as ‘we’ll add a delivery date as soon as we get your package’.

Suppose I should follow up on this. It did indeed come, and I love it. No shipping damage, and I didn’t need to sign for it either.

Mine is currently in transit, it left Bloomington, CA on 4/26 @ 7:23am (CST). According to FedEx, it will deliver tomorrow. I just looked at the tracking, and it’s unchanged. Usually, this just means it’s still on the road as I imagine since this is coming FedEx Home Delivery it’s transiting via ground (ie… truck). Has your tracking not updated at all?

All I had to do was complain. It updated at 0034 and I’ll have it in the next 6 hours… Lol.
