I ordered 1 H2D 1 minute after the bell, it still has not shipped. I submitted a ticket asking when it would ship, still no answer.
I placed a second order for another H2D, and that has yet to ship.
@john.jensen.75
Does the order on the website show an ETD?
This is shown on the end of the line of your article.
Finally got ahold of live chat, they said a few customers got the pre-order in for a price $300 less than the current price and they are not going to honor that price. I have spent about $22,000 on Bambu printers, bought my first Creality K2Max today for about $1800, free shipping and a 350x350x350 build volume, I might switch over due to the way Bambu handled this.
To get this printer coming, I had to dish out an additional $300 plus tax, might return it due to all the issues I have seen from reputable makers on youtube.
@Gerrit
The one I purchased on 05-10-25 has a tracking number that is not valid yet, the pre-order from 04-22-25 still shows unfulfilled and no tracking number.
I would cancel it. I am in the same boat as you but they said they would cancel mine due to me not wanting to give up another 300. I received an email 13 days ago saying it was cancelled and to my surprise still sitting in my orders unfulfilled with them charging me the 2646 when they made the pricing mistake.
I bought a Creality K2 Plus from Best Buy right before they raised prices and set it up Friday night. At first I was not impressed but after a couple tweaks to bed leveling and using Orca with it instead of the god awful Creality software it is really starting to kick some ass.
Tariffs coming down also back to 10%.
If you click on the link of the order, you should see a similar page as I was showing. On my article liine at the end it shows ETD there at the end of the line.
Lucky you! DB Schenker flat-out refused to deliver mine — despite me paying for home delivery.
Had to rent a truck and play delivery driver myself. Absolute clown show of a company…
But hey, at least the printer’s nice. Silver linings, right?
In such a case I would open a ticket with Bambu Lab and ask for the delivery fee being reimbursed!
I tried that, but they didn’t care. They told me to just wait a few more days to see if DB Schenker would eventually deliver. There was some vague mention of trying to contact DB Schenker, but nothing concrete came of it. I wasn’t comfortable leaving the printer sitting at a terminal where it could get run over by a forklift.
