I am fairly new to the BBL ecosystem, having my A1 for a couple weeks now and I have run into an issue with my nozzle clogging.
The nozzle+ in my A1 jammed up because of some filament that was most likely too big for the nozzle and jammed. I can’t find any way to get the clog out, as it is too short to be pulled out with pliers, and I haven’t been able to get an Allen key, or the nozzle cleaning tool to grab on to any filament. I was using PLA from some Amazon brand.
You can try heating the nozzle to its max temp (260 celsius), and hopefully any molten filament will slip out. You can also try pushing it out when hot with the provided nozzle cleaning needle.
I heated the nozzle till it was red hot, then heated allen key the same, and push push push, and it flowed out like a snake, you may have to do it 2 or 3 times but it worked for me on .04 and .06 nozzles.
Good luck and stick with it, you will get it out in the end, mind your fingers will get burnt
