Interesting thought!
I just printed an ASA-CF cube and that one has a good height again.
So thus far the annealing theory is possible. But that must have taken place after the final layer has been printed.
Because the top of that layer is at 30mm so the shrinking in height appears to be after that.
Since all the other parts, that are printed in a heated chamber, including the ASA-CF I just did,
I might print a smaller and a higher one to see how that affects the resulting height.
