Height Difference When Printing Text

Just printed this with Bamboo H2S - what would make the height differences with the text that I manually added? The parameters on the Text pull down menu are the same for both the top line and bottom line. And is there a way to make this look cleaner rather than seeing the bands where the text is? TIA!

Looking at the side of the model.

The easiest way to fix this is to use the move command.
