Anyone seen this before. I am on Mac in case it makes a difference but basically I get three different errors in random order.
Server Disconnected during optimization
API not available
No Connection to server
oh and now I also got ‘Material not found’ even though my material is apparently supported (H2D / ASA)
Is there a way to check if their servers are down or something ?

It was working well until I paid for a membership a few days ago. hoping this is a temp issue and not a gotcha yearly subscription.
I know that wasn’t the question, but I’ll throw it out anyway: Why not use free better alternatives?
Or to put it more bluntly: Why would anyone pay for such junk? I’m not blaming you - don’t get me wrong - I’m blaming the service provider. He sells freely available software for money - that’s quite a feat.
There are a few free alternatives available now for anyone who wants to give them a try. These have made great progress and have been continuously refined.
