I’m currently using a P2S and building a dollhouse for my daughter, but I’ve been having issues all around. The object does have sharp corners, I didn’t know this would be an issue originally when I built the design in CAD, but between the P2S and A1 Mini, I never tested this type of object.
The corners are rough and the lip on the top layer requires me to sand it off so it can be flush against other parts. I believe I’m still running into issues with warping also, I’ve also calibrated flow dynamics/rate. Any help would be appreciated
Aux fan off and added a deflector to be safe, I’ve also tried turning the chamber fan off
Plates, I’ve tried both, temp stays the same for Initial and other layers: BIQU Frostbite Plate, Temp: 45 / Standard PEI Plate: 60
SUNLU PLA 2.0, Temp 215 (Initial and other layers)
12mm Outer Brim, no visible warping with the brim/plate, I’ve also tried only using mouse ears.
6x bottom/top shell layers
Infill: 8, Gyroid. I’ve been lowering/raising to see if it makes a difference, I may try cube next
.2mm layer height with the standard changes that come with that for line width
Part Fan: this is where things get tricky and I’ve been experimenting the most, I went from low to 100, but can’t seem to dial it in or validate this is the issue. I’ve always kept part fan at 0, but have changed between 2-6 layers to see if I could further mitigate issues
I have tried leaving the top off or propped, I’ve also propped open the door a couple of inches with it but I think that made it worse due to creating a draft from the door to the top
Chamber temps: Around 38 with everything sealed and 30 with the top off.
Based on my limited experience, I’d say the artifacts on the corners are indeed caused by warping.
It looks like a tough part to print, large surface, sharp corners and pretty thick. I usually keep all fans off for the first 5 layers, reduce the AUX fan speed and part fan speed - but you’ve probably already tried that.
Also I keep the bed temp at 55 °C with the textured PEI plate - my reasoning is that at 60 °C, the bottom layer will be softer which makes it “easier” for forces caused by shrinking of the upper layers to lift the corners.
Given how large the object is you might as well turn off all of the fans. The layer time is so high that a fan isn’t needed to cool down the previous layer. Another possible thing you could try is decreasing the bed temp to like 40c. I haven’t done this on my P2S, but on my Ender 3 Pro I experienced a ton of warping problems with PLA and lowering the bed temp somehow fixed it. This may not work on the P2S, but might as well try if you are already printing a bunch of parts

Thanks, and that is where my head was too. I think I might give this a couple more tries in a couple of weeks, otherwise i’ll just slightly change the flooring to prevent/mitigate warping. I’ve been so high strung on trying to get this to work, small design changes would have mitigated the pain
The funny thing is, I literally just watched that video a few days ago and hating myself for not doing a little more research prior to finishing the design lol
