Help after running out of filament cutter sticks

Hi,

        Ive just replaced the filament cutter on my h2s but its still sticking. Im trying to load some filament but its saying theres filament in there when I cant see any in the tube, the filament ran out b4. Is there anyway of heating the tool head and squirting out the filament? As there isnt anything to pull out. The cutter is also sticking everytime until I unscrew the screw then it pops back out. Please help

Theres filament stuck inside, it asks me to cut the filament and pull it back but im unable cus as far as I can see there isnt any the roll ran out, so exactly what can I do from here?? Pull the ptfe tube out of the top mayb? How do you release that? I think ive got some spare so could replace it but im unable to load new filament. Please help, thank you

Hi Jon,

     Thank you, I have found that before and have taken a small look. Im gonna try it in the morning, hope its just the hotens cus taking the otherbit apart worrys me, thats bit of a mission.... a mission im not sure I can do

Hi,

               Ive taken the hot end off and tryed to manually load some filament
in, but as I do it just says pull back current filament, there isnt any, and then 
it goes to a different screen, gets past the cut the filament and the next step
is to pull it back which I can not do, it also is making clicking noises, do I 
have to take it all apart now then via the guide, if I try and push the filament 
through without loading any I think it errors n jus says pull it back. Is it 
clogged?

Hi,

         The problem is it thinks theres filament still in it from the external spool, but my last print which I used black came from number one in my ams so why does it think theres filament from the external spool, surely this is covered by guarantee??
