Like the title states, the Flexi Rex Xmas dinos I am trying to print for my sons school aren’t happy. I printed one ok and when I multiplied it, it went to ■■■■. I changed a few options to refine everything.
I since turned down the flow ratio from 0.98 to 0.94 and checked avoid crossing wall. Now I am running another test but at 27 hours per print, I have time to discuss troubleshooting. Let me know your thoughts please!
First layer wasn’t sticking too good, despite glue (stick) on the bed. Subsequent layers were scraping the filament.
What type of filament? Did you dry it (not sticking well)?
You might need a higher bed temp or the filament might just need to be dry. That close-up, the top layer looks suspect like maybe the filament is wet and gives a bad surface that can get caught and pulled off the plate by the next layer, not as much of an issue with a single rex.
You will get way less per plate but per object mode might work around the issue altogether.
