Good evening guys, can you explain to me how to solve this problem? I tried to do the leveling test and the outer areas don’t do it.

You should answer @JonRaymond question. The issue you are having looks like a dirty plate. The missing ‘chunk’ of material is in the shape of a fingerprint.
You should clean with warm water and dish soap to remove all grease and then rinse and dry well. Then avoid touching the plate surface as fingerprints have oil.

It was a friend of mine who was at my house who asked me to help him understand. Tomorrow I’m going to his house and we’ll try to see if it solves it.
