The longer body of the linear bearing will increase the stiffness by some degree and help in a certain spectrum of vibrations…it’s my opinion taken from the linear technique in general, by removing the floor they could make it as long as possible…however, I did not notice a difference in the quality of the new versus the old model
the old type of printer has a bronze insert in the upper trapezoid rod bearing and the new type has a rubber mount there
it seems to me that the old type is noisier…but it’s probably just an impression
But when there are 11 bambulabs and 3x elegoo and dryers and ventilation, you want to run away to a meadow and watch the sunset
