What you hear is the extruder clicking when retracting filament. You can go through the maintenance guide but really it’s probably just noticed.
If you watch the yellow and black wheel carefully you’ll see that when it goes from counter clockwise to clockwise it clicks. This is the retraction, just filament being pulled back into the nozzle for a spit second during a move.
