my Y axis is offset and flow calibration is falling off the plate and the poop gets stuck on the lip of the waste chute

You may have a bent nozzle.

Or the head can’t fully home in the front right corner. Too short of PTFE tube or mods to the printer can prevent correct homing and will offset the print head in relation to the print bed/chute. Take the top plate off and manually move the print head to the front right corner and make sure there are no obstructions.
