Hello – Over the past 24 hours, I have uploaded two new designs and edited the photos of a third. All of them show blank or black cover photos (both 4:3 and 3:4). I am using PNG and JPG, and the images are 1-2MB. The posts and edits are being accepted by the system, but the cover photos are just black. The rest of the supporting photos, including those for print profiles, seem to work fine.
Any ideas? Thanks.
