I am using the P1S with the standard PEI Texture Plate. Filament which makes this problem now is the SUNLU PLA Matte White. Printing with 60°C bed and 210°C nozzle. It is calibrated, print plate is clean. I noticed, even with the calibration print, that the PLA does not stick to the plate anymore, even though it is thoroughly cleaned:
I am so frustrated and confused, why is it doing this out of the sudden???
I did increase the nozzle temp to 220°C, which seemed to have been the issue… Weird, the temp tower showed best results for 210, as far as I could tell. I find the temp tower hard to interpret though.
Just asking to be on the safe side: What did you use to clean it? It’s important to use regular soap, like dish soap, without any additives like perfume. Also, not those weird special soaps that are advertised as “good for your hands.” As I said, I believe you cleaned it. I’m just asking. 
Otherwise, carefully touch the print plate to see if it gets warm at all. - You can turn it on the printer; you don’t need to start printing.
Edit: I just noticed that you already found the solution while I was posting, but you can still check it out, it can’t hurt.
For something like this, it’s also worth checking out the Sunlu website, which recommends settings.
Thanks for your response! Yes, I always clean with warm water and dish soap to get rid of any kind of fat. 
To be honest I don‘t quite understand to what speed settings exactly those recommendations apply, there are so many! I just reduced top surface speed to 30 mm/s, but the rest is the same… are the acceleration settings under speed also relevant? My profile for Sunlu is based on Generic PLA as recommended on a YouTube Channel… Just tweaked a bit. Can you tell me which speed settings I should compare these manufacturer recommendations to? Sorry for the dumb questions…
I just remembered: Bambu Studio already has profiles for Sunlu, you just have to activate them, but I have no idea how good they are!
Yeah I know, but I’m mostly using SUNLU Meta (so far, started to use Elegoo as well) and they still don’t have a profile for that, I stopped using their SUNLU-profiles.
You could try using glue, I use glue and my printer is fine

It is more important to check if the calibrations are correct and the plate is clean.

Just no. Glue should only be used for certain materials to separate them better, as an intermediate layer. Not to solve problems or even make them worse. Even though it is unfortunately called ‘glue’, it is mainly intended as a separation layer.
No disrespect, but advice like that does more harm than good. Read up on the wiki.
Then you buy a new one. Or do you also repair your car tires with hot glue? As mentioned, no offense intended, but this is a misconception.
I would reccomend recalibrating your printer, just to be sure. Even if you’ve done it recently. Have you dried your filament? Make sure you flow ratio has also been calibrated. Flow ratio can change between filaments
