Help to join two stl files

Hi there, since I was so lucky last time with an help for my Trex I an asking you another pleasure if it’s possible.
Someone can join for me these two stl in one part ?

I didnt download the file but you can “assemble” two models in the slicer by selecting both, then right clicking and hitting assemble. Then you can position each part of the assembly together with the move tool.

I tried but the shape is quite complicate and it’s too difficult to move in the exact position.
I am trying with 3d builder but is so complicate
