Help - Voids on top sureface with PLA Matte and 0.2mm nozzle

I`m encountering many voids on the top surface of my prints.
I suspect they are caused by shrinkage.
Could anyone advise on how to eliminate these cavities?

The voids are forming at the boundary between the walls and the infill.
This happens because the walls shrink outward after being printed, creating a gap when the infill is added.

My printing settings are:

  • P1P (with enclosure)
  • 0.2mm nozzle
  • Smooth PEI Plate
  • Bambu filament PLA Matte
  • BambuStudio’s Setting
    • 0.06mm High Quality (not chaged from presets)
    • Flow Dinamics “Factor K” = 0.310

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards :slightly_smiling_face:

I would start by calibrating the flow ratio…
Then the k-factor.

Thank you @user_3026326371!
I had thinked same way, but adjusting the flow ratio should be final choice because 0.2mm nozzle is very easily clog.
Luckily, I got some idea so might be solved it. If it goes good, I’ll report here.

I found a solution to wipe out the voids.
Here are the settings I used:

  1. Infill/Wall overlap: 100%
  2. Internal solid infill pattern: Concentric
  3. Top shell layers: 3
  4. Top shell thickness: 0.2mm

To covering the gaps in the outer wall, increasee overlapping infill.
And the infill must completely fill all gaps, so only the concentric pattern can be used.
Additionally, I set the top layer thinner because the shrinkage size is proportional to the amount of material.

Here is output. It might be more smoother if the ironing is enable.

Z-Axis wall is also smooth.
