Help with error code

Printer has been running well unitl now. I had a filament jam running generic TPU from an external spool. I managed to clear it and to make sure the nozzle was flushed I sent a benchy to the printer running PETG HF from the AMS. The printer did the usual thing, raised the bed, did it’s little shake, loaded the filament which went into the purge shute then the bed tapped the nozzle and the nozzle had it’s little dance before checking the bed level. The nozzle went to the centre of the bed and the bed tapped the nozzle 7 times, the bed then drooped down and the screen shows the error

I have tried searchhing for this error but don’t seem to be able to find a matching code. Any & all help gratefully appreciated.

EDIT

Think I’ve figured it out. The right slider bearing (looking into the printer) is about 8mm above the bed frame. It seems that the bearing is preventing the bed rising correctly. No Idea how that happened, no obstructions below the bed, no material inside the space for the bearing when the bed is fully down.

Will look for some info on setting the bearing in the correct place.

Bearing pressed back down and all appears to be working again.

Also, the error is apparently the same error as 0300-0d00-0002-0003, Why they thought it was a good idea to give an existing error code an additional code is beyond my comprehension.

Yep, that’s how I figured out the error code was the same as the one ending in 0003.
Will be keeping an eye on the bearing from now on.
