Help with Flow Dynamics calibration on 0.2 Nozzle

Hi I am new to the P1s, and i was attempting to do a flow dynamics/rate calibration as I notice the nozzle grinding into the print while using the 0.2 mm nozzle.

Flow rate calibration went okay i guess, i ended up with a value of 0.9776.

I am not so sure about my flow dynamics calibration however.
From the photo, it looks like 0.25 to 0.30 gives the best line? However that is ten times the default value of 0.02, so I am unsure whether I should really be setting the K value to that. Can someone please advise me if I’m doing it wrong or something is wrong with my nozzle/printer or do I really put in 0.2?

Agreed that it seems high, but them pics dont lie, I’d select 0.29-0.30 (or keep going into 0.4 to test)

If you suspect shenanigans you can try doing the other PA calibrations (pattern, tower) for sanity

I think best is 0.3 /0.295

would setting such a high pressure advance damage/wear the extruder or nozzles?
