Help with missing section from a print

The two sections shown in the picture are from the ultimate filiment storage container, which I love, but I’m having issues with the two sections that are showing the gapping in the top and bottom of the square desicant holder. This has happened with both PLA matte and PETG HF. After the first layer it seems to be working but laying down the first layer always comes in like this. I have washed the plate, used a cool tack plate, slowed down the first layer and had a warmer noozle and bed settings, I also have dried all the filament that I have been using . I’m new so I’m still learning about how to correct issues. Any insight or help would be gladly welcome

What nozzle and bed temperatures are you using?
I don’t have an A1, but I experienced a similar issue with PETG HF when my temperatures were too low.
Have you tried applying glue to the build plate?
For PETG HF, I always use glue — specifically Magigoo Original — to help the print adhere properly and to make removal easier.

Initial nozzle temp was 250 other layers were 245. Bed temp was 73 for first layer then 70 for the rest. I was using a textured PEI plate. I was using glue, I have the BL plate glue. I got caught with the PETG HF super sticking to a plate, so I do glue on every build now
I’m trying to come up with a good way to play with the temp setting to see if that is the case. Thank you for you help.

Seems high for PLA

That’s my petg settings. I think that I might have figured out what to do but still testing

If you have printed both PLA and PETG on the same plate, chances are you need to give it deep and thorough scrub with a clean stiff brush, water and diswashing liquid. Maybe add a squirt of Isoprop before and after.

PETG is frequently used as an interlayer for easy support removal. So if you have a mix of these in the textured plates valleys, you need to invest some muscle grease.

You may also want to avoid hard accellerations on the bottom layer. In particular with PETG. Maybe a “concentric” bottom layer works better?

Thank you. I have been using mainly PETG for the last few prints but I try to clean the plate before I switch to a different plate or switch plates while I clean the other one I was using
