Help with slicer settings

Hello Community,

I’m into 3d printing a while now and printed a lot of things but never had this issue, hope someone has tipps for me.

I’m printing this object in PETG with PLA as interface support (recently got the X2D, so I don’t have mich experience with it, is my first dual nozzle printer):

r/BambuLab - Need slicing config help|750xauto

Since the sides of this object are deeper than the middle, the middle needs support. I tried printing it like this, but if failed because PETG warped at the base and peeled of the PLA interface.

Any ideas on how to print this nicely? If possible, I also want to print it with 0.2mm nozzle later if I get it to work.

When you mount this to whatever you are installing, where are the loads and where is gravity? If in the exact orientation shown on the plate, I dont think those side C’s will handle very much gravity load. Shears off at the Z plane where that key cutout is. If thats where the load is coming from I would rotate 90degrees towards/away from you as your starting point.

The part will be rotated 90°, gravity is at the right side.
