Hey Bambu!

You’re adverising this feature. You should really make it happen. I have a dedicated nozzle for PETG support with PLA, and every time I hit print, I have to direct the printer to use that nozzle. It’s super annoying.

It will automatically use the nozzle last used with that specific filament.

It does not. My PETG nozzle is #6 and always has been. Always the same color as well. The last 4 prints in a row the slicer has chosen one of the other 5 (all PLA), and I have had to manually change it before sending it to the printer. It has always done this. I have just done 4 in the last 36 hours that needed support and am feeling annoyed. It chooses 6 occasionally but it certainly doesn’t default to it.

I’m not sure if it matters but are you using Bambu filament?

I guess if I think about it, this behavior is inconsistent on my H2C. For sure, there have been times where it “remembered” and others when it did not. Even when I tell Studio to sync with the printer.

The fact that it has worked correctly suggests the problem is something I’m doing differently when it doesn’t. Haven’t paid enough attention to it to figure out what operations lead to which outcome.

Not using Bambu filament.
