I am continually getting an error that the filament is stuck in ams slot 4. I have taken the ams apart, and run new filament through to ensure that the pathway is clear, but I continue to get the error. I have rebooted the printer, and disassembled the ams multiple times to ensure a clear path, but keep getting the error. Any thoughts?

Could be the filament, you could try snipping the end of the filament off at an angle in case the broadness/width of it is getting it stuck. It could also be your tubes are too twisted to feed the filament (ligation lol). Also, I learned the hard way that if you just ran out of filament in that AMS slot, the app will automatically want you to refill that same filament, meaning it will fail to feed if you’re trying to load in a different filament. You have to cancel whatever print you’re doing and tell the app that the filament you’re trying to load in is different than the one you previously had in there. Not sure if that applies here, but I had that happen to me recently.
Hey! I am experiencing the same issue. When I start a new print (with any of the 4 slots), it pushes back the filament on slot 4 until it pops out of the slot and the slot blinks red. When I manually put back the filament in slot 4 it turns white again. It’s a cycle. Have disassembled the AMS multiple times and checked all tubes for any filament. But everything seems fine.
