I got my p2s combo a few weeks ago and am noticing that all my prints on all filaments with any setting profile I’ve done has these horizontal lines.I’ve done several hours of research on this and have not seen ANY post similar to mine where the person figured out their issue. I’ve seen people spend dozens of hours trying different things with no luck and am very much dreading having to go through all of that.
I’ve been using all the standard settings and the 0.4 nozzle
The one weird thing I noticed in my printer is that the belt on the left side seems angled a bit (in image)
Am I just doomed? Or has anyone out there actually fixed their printer from having this issue?

I may be wrong, but this kind of seems like the customer service rep just threw a link at me… they didn’t try and diagnostic steps at all. And they didn’t specify which operation(s) to do in that link either.
Try printing slower, Outer wall max. 130
Everything over 200 is WAY to high except for gap fill.
But outer wall never above 130 (sweet spot between speed and nearly no VFA)
If not already done. calibrate PA (Flow Dynamic) (~ 0.018 on a P2S with Bambu PLA Basic)
check:
in your filament (cooling) settings
What Filament are you using ?
Bambu Stuff or something else ? If not Bambu Filament, use generic Profiles as a baseline, not the Bambu Filament profiles, as the volumetric speed limitations are completely different.
Anything else calibrated ? Temp Tower and so on ?
Could easily be a Z axis issue. It doesn’t look like a XY issue. Layers are bulging out along the entire visible circumference of the layer. That’s either over-extrusion or too low a layer height for the correct extrusion. I’d do what the BBL tech suggested…
I was going to, but they sent a link that gave instructions for an older printer, not my P2S… also I’ve checked the Z rods, they are not loose at all. Do you have experience adjusting these things on your printer?

I know there are a lot of different settings I can use to help eliminate the issue. Slowing downs the print, adding walls, etc., does help, but the lines are still there. I’m still concerned that I have a mechanical issue, and don’t want to jump through hoops forever when I shouldn’t have to.
do you have this printer? If so, do you also have these lines when you print on the default pla settings? I’m using all PLA, as mentioned in my post.

It seems like you are running your Z axis too high from the print layer.
did you ever figure it out? im having this but far worse and went back and fourth with support for 3 months before they eventually just told me it was normal quality, my belts also seem angled
dont even bother it doesnt fix anything
how would you fix that just the layer height?
To me it looks like you have a flow problem and / or bad / wet filament.
Do a flow and K calibration and make sure your filament is dry and not too old.
