Horrendous Noise during print

Hey all! I really need some assistance with my A1. It’s recently started to do this thing where mid-print it’ll just freeze mid-print whilst still spurting out filament and then it’ll attempt to move again, except it gets into this huge jam and grinding noise (almost as loud as drilling into a wall). It’s almost like the printer is trying to move too far on one of the axis or something, but this essentially cause the print to fail and the printer is completely misaligned.

I’ve tried re-slicing the file, re-calibrating the printer, cleaning the cutter etc. I can’t really show any videos as this happens randomly. What I can say is this started to happen more after I used v2.0.0+ of Bambu Studio, so I’m wondering if there’s a new bug that was introduced or something.

I also thought it was maybe my 0.2mm nozzle clogging, but it’s done it on the 0.4mm nozzle as well and I’d suspect it to gracefully fail on a nozzle clog.

Hard to tell, or give you some help with out a video. Try to get one and post it.
