like the title said, I send the print and came to check it like 25 min after just to see this, not sure what could be the reason

Have you modified your start gcode any?
nothing … I made some calibrations and seems to be working well, im not sure what happened with that print
Your nozzle looks bent.
If so, and it was prior to the print that would be the reason. If afterwards, it is the result of it.
Tough to think of a non-mechanical reason as bed-levelling is (if turned on) performed prior to the print starting. In part to make sure this is impossible.
I’ve had exactly the same problem with my X1C a couple of days ago. I turned it off for a few minutes and then built a Benchy as a test and all seems well, except for the scored Textured PEI plate. And yes, I always let it do levelling and flow calibration before every build.
No idea why, just glad it still works and the nozzle doesn’t seem any the worse for the experience.
