Got my P2S today. I imidiatly noticed that the hotend fan is really annoying. It seems to vary in pitch / rpm whenever active. Compared to P1 and X1 it is really noticable.
Anyone with the same issue?
Im about to open a ticket as it seems faulty. Had the same with my A1 mini MB Fan, Bambu said it would be fine so no hopes in that…
Oh, I am based in China, and I am facing the exact same dilemma as you are. While I can tolerate the overall noise, the high-pitched sounds that are inconsistent in frequency and pitch (modulating) are truly infuriating.
Furthermore, the noise generated by the Z-axis’s repetitive movements during the printing process is also extremely noticeable.
It honestly feels as if I have a persistent novice violin student right next to me!
Im gonna open a ticket about the fan noise, let’s see how it goes.

Support acknowledged the problem and suggested to reconnect the fan. Didn´t solve the issue so they are sending out a new one. I´ll keep you updated once recieved and tried out.
Have the same issue and opened a ticket with attached video. Answer: Everything is fine…

Update on the Fan:
New fan arrived, installed, same issue. Seems to be the PWM controller on the fan itself or the board / chip that gives the signal… really disappointed.
I haven’t run into any other issues mentioned in the forum with my unit so far, but this noise just drives me crazy 
Time to contact support again, we’ll see what they’ll say.

Got an answer from support:
…“Currently, we are trying to reproduce and confirm whether this issue is a normal phenomenon of the P2S printer or if there are indeed some control problems causing the fan to make abnormal noises of different frequencies.”…
If you would ask me, I’d say in the end this is going to be a declared as a “normal phenomenon”. 
But we’ll see. I’ll hang on tight and wait for further massages from support.
I‘m also getting a new fan, but they closed the ticked before I‘ve got the new one. I think they’re not very interested if it helps or not. lol
Same here. My hotend fan started making noise after about 100 hours of use, and it completely died soon after.
I just received a P2S, and the hot-end fan is very noisy at all rpms. Its a mechanical vibration that shakes the sidepanel noticably. Also a slight oscillation to the noise.
Could this be the source of the VFA issues?
I am getting a load medium pitch noise from the extruder cooling fan which changes as I move the fan mount/shroud slightly.
I suspect it is caused by the mount/shroud vibrating against the HE heat sink when the fan is in operation but need to experiment a bit to see if adjustment is possible and if it persists when I change the nozzle.
If this is the case I don’t think simply changing the fan or electronics would fix the issue, rather a change to the fan shround would be needed.
I re-tightened the bottom screw for the fan shroud while holding it away from the HE heatsink and this has resulted in some reduction in noise from the fan during cooldown.
That didn’t help in my case, fan rpm fluctuate even when disassembled.
I have the same issue with my Hotend Fan. Bambulab offered me a new Toolhead Board today, let’s see if this will make it any better…
I havent heard from support since they sent me the new fan, which didnt solve the issue. Please let me know, if it works with the new board.
Strange… I just got the reply that they have shipped the board. Will let you know once I changed the board
I received the board today and changed it promptly. Now nothing is working…. I got an error code regarding the filament cutter and cannot even load filament any longer. Even the issue with the fan got a lot worse. So far not a good experience with this printer to be honest. Will change back to the old board to see it it’s working again then.
Looking at the board I can also see that there are different chip versions on it and after replacing it I was forced to do a firmware update. But that broke the machine completely
Okay, after a couple of restarts I can finally print again. But the issue with the fan is still there, didn’t help anything. Waiting for a reply of the support now again
