Hotend heater constantly faulty

The intervals are getting shorter and shorter. Whenever the heater is replaced, my A1 prints perfectly. After about 60 hours, the prints start to come out badly. The plate is clean, and I’ve carried out the calibration. The nozzle is fine too. I suspect it’s an electronic problem, but where do I start? I can’t exactly buy a new hotend cable every week. To be clear, you’re replacing the entire hotend heating assembly each time?

Could you post a picture of your hotend installed in the printer without the silicone cover installed?

Have you check that this screws are no loose?

Yep, that was the culprit behind my issue. It would print ok for a while, then get crappy.

Agree, you likely need to just retighten the screws, not replace the part every time.
