Hi All,
I received my H2D beginning of April as one of the first. So far so good. After one week the right hotend temperature falls down to 0 during a print. I got an failure message from the printer“ Hotend temperature abnormal“. I opened a ticket by Bambu and they send me a new right hotend. Today I started a print and now I got the same failure for the left hotend… does anyone have the same problem? Sure, I opened a new ticket but this can’t be normal to me.
That error is related to one of the below:
- Thermistor
- Heater
- TH board
Usually you swap them in that order, progressively to deal with the issue.
