Hey! I got my X1C about a year ago and started having problems with, what I thought was, the nozzle. Been trying to figure it out and realized that one of the wire connector things has broken off. Any comments/ideas?

yep, new toolhead board, or get your soldering iron out. Either way youre likely gonna need to pull the old board out, so maybe give repair a shot while its out of the machine.
If still under warranty then a ticket.
That part is version 9 and available on its own. Easy enough to replace.
