I’m running an H2D and H2C and seeing the same behavior on both machines. I’m using the BIQU Cryogrip Pro Glacier plate for a smoother bottom finish, but in Bambu Studio I have it selected as the PEI plate. I’m wondering if the plate thickness difference could be affecting first‑layer pressure, even with the auto bed leveling routine.
The face printed against the plate shows areas where the extrusion lines aren’t fully squished together, so the surface isn’t as uniform as I’d like. I’ve attached photos — any insight would be really helpful.
I ended up reading the store page for the BIQU plate and there are temperature differences between the smooth PEI plate and the BIQU plate, you may see improvements if you dial that bed temp in.
However, I noticed one of the pictures on the BIQU site for that plate showing the same pattern you’re see in your prints, see that image below. So it’s possible this is a normal pattern with this BIQU plate, it does seem more prominent on your print, it might require some tweaking on your prints for it to show this pattern a little less.
