I set the Z Offset to -0,05 in the machine start gcode because the first layer wouldn’t adhere otherwise. I am using the P2S and Bambu Lab PLA Basic. I cleaned the print bed right before hand and ran calibrations with Hot Bed Leveling. Should I just adjust the Z-Offset or change anything else?
I would start by undoing anything you did with the Gcode. On a Bambu printer you shouldn’t have to do that. When you say you cleaned the build plate, how did you do it?

Looks like the plate still needs to be cleaned better around the edges.

since its mostly showing on the left side i would suggest making sure the aux fan is off or print a divertor, its known to cause issues on larger prints and usually is only needed for smaller parts you are also pushing the boundaries of the build plate area so the heat might now be as consistent on outer edges

If you believe that you can deliver better results via G-code modifications, you may want to revisit that notion. As @PrinterMcgee was trying to gently hint, it’s highly unlikely that you can do better than factory defaults. If you got good results out of the box and now you don’t, first rule of trouble shooting: change one variable at a time. Most of all, start back from square zero. You should also try printing on the other side of the plate. If the results are similar, this reduces a plate bonding issue and reintroduces the notion that the factory settings were corrupted.

Cleaning is the only thing that you should have to do with that plate. Make sure you are using dish soap, not hand soap. Also ensure you thoroughly rinse the plate before drying. Leaving any soap residue will prevent proper adhesion. I find that I rinse the plate for longer than I soap up the plate and can usually tell how clean it is by how quickly the water beads up and sheets off of the plate leaving very little to dry before putting back in the machine. I would also suggest you only hod the plate by the edges and fan the air to dry as much moisture as possible.
For me, a clean plate using Bambu Basic PLA has never had an issue. If there was an issue for me, I immediately clean the plate as i described, and the issue disappears. Just my experience (all standard settings).
