How do I fix this

I am super new at 3D printing… love this print but how do I fix this issue

try a finer layer height, and if you have one, a 0.2 mm nozzle

set this to “not applied” then under variable layer height(7th from left on top menu, with the 4 lines) slide the adaptive layer all the way left then click the adaptive button, use concentric top layer… this should help it a lot
