How do I move an AMS HT?

While drying some filament I have just seen a warning in Bambu Handy that boiled down to ‘your room is too cold … move the HT to a warmer location’.

OK. That seems sensible but then I realised that I only know how to operate it when it is connected to the printer … so I also have to move the printer?! … not so sensible!

Where can I find the instructions to operate the HT independently of the printer, as per the bambu ai advice?

Unfortunately, you’ll have to connect it to your printer to use the drying functions.

Personally, I think Bambu missed out on an opportunity for the HT’s by not allowing it to be controlled from the unit itself. I use mine almost exclusively as a dryer for my filaments. It’s a major pain to have to control it from the printer…
