Okay, so I’ve enabled the 18mm retraction before a filament change to reduce filament waste, and, because of that change, I’m able to reduce the flushing volume multiplier from 1.00 to 0.30 and not get any bleed through on my prints, even going from black to white.
Problem is, when I load in a different model, even though I’m using my same “filament saver” printer profile with the retract before filament change, the flushing multiplier it seems does not get saved with the printer profile, and so reverts back to the filament wasting 1.00 setting, so I have to go in and remember to change it for every single model… so now I’ve got an 18 hour print running, and realized about halfway through that its wasting so much filament.
How can I make that flushing multiplier value stay permanent?
