How do you delete these filament duplicates?

After installing a hardened nozzle on the P1S I needed to edit and save new filament settings. In the end I was not writing over but duplicating! I need to clean it up! See attached.

Another related question; why are the edited filament setting in “Custom”?

Go to the Edit Filament window and select the filament you want to delete and instead hitting the disk click the X next to it. This should delete custom filaments.
