How does license work?

I found these two:

Obviously one is a remix of the other. And I found no remix tag neither attribution to the original. I reported it and Bambu says there is nothing wrong?

Report again but as violiation of license as it requires attribution.

I didn’t know there is any “different” way to report. I just clicked “license claim” button and pasted the original model link. I thought MW should review it and make the decision. They are just being lazy. Well, it’s not my model. Just want to know if MW take license seriously or as a joke.

I believe you have to prove it to them, which is lame but, let me find that post:

IIRC: It’s called ‘cloud compare’ and you can import two models and prove they are precisely the same, include that screenshot in your report and remove all doubt.

Well, in this case, it’s a remix. And original do allow remix. Just I think the one on MW should link to the original and mark it as remix.
