It looks like you painted the model in Bambu using surface brushes. When painting in this way, the slicer will try to anchor the colors in 3D which can cause such defects.
You can try to re-paint the troublesome areas using the 3D sphere brush which also gives a color in the depth of the model.
For the red and green circles, I’d use primitives as modifiers though while for the red line, you may want to consider drawing that in CAD and importing as a modifier.
