I won a excellent participation gift card in the Trip to the North Pole competition. But i have still not yet received my gift card. How long does it usually take before getting that email from Bambu Lab?

It’s written in the email they sent you. They notify you from a week to 10 days

If you have won a prize in a competition you should have received an email notifying you of your win.

It usually takes a few days for them to email you they will ask your location so they know which store to make the card valid for then they will send it in a day or 2. Just watch your inbox. i won one also waiting for my email…
You should have a message like this under Notifications → 3D Models
They’ll send you the gift card in about a week (by email).

any updates on this? I won excellent participation award on the castle contest then got the email on Christmas day and answered the same day and then nothing so far. It’s the 3rd time I win something at a contest it usually take 2-3 days to receive the price after answering, it now make 9 days (was hoping to get it before January 4th haha)
I also got one excellent participation award in the castle contest. Received my gift card 27/12-24
For two we congratulate, for the third, we send in the rabid dogs.
Haven’t received mine either, I reacted on the 28th. The previous one was within a day

perhaps it has to do with the country we asked for? asked for CA card btw; anyways I’m glad I’m not the only one that means it’s not a problem on my side, hope we get them soon! 
I won a filament giveaway on the community tab and when I DM’d them to claim my prize they said they were having “System Issues” or something so it might take longer than usual. They asked for my preferred store last night, we’ll see when they send the code/card/whatever.
system issues, that would explain haha! I just ordered an ams with gift cards and I just received all the emails for my 5 last gifts cards… after I used them XD
the contest gift card was not on the this though, I would have liked to have it today to order some spools with the ams (still had another free ams so not complaining at all haha)
either way this is reassuring to know that I didn’t delete the email by error or something it’s ok I can wait

Their shopify system is quite messed up at this point, u should be fine tho
At this point with the level of integration they need with MW I think they ought to make their own checkout, or at least their own Shopify plugin to tie things in better. It’s a decent amount of work, I’m sure, but most likely worth it.

I’ve received a gift card for two spools worth about $45 in the US store. Hopefully anyone else waiting gets theirs soon!

Strange update:
I did not yet receive my gift card a couple of weeks after I reacted with “EU”.
BUT
Yesterday I won another prize in the Marble Run contest and that gift card was sent to me within 24 hours without asking me for my region?? Still waiting on the castle one though…
