How the heck do I get a response to my support ticket?

I recently bought my 3rd H2D Combo with an extra AMS2 pro.

The feed motor on the 4th filament slot is dead. I put in a support ticket, was asked to move the feed mechanism from the 4th slot to the 3rd to see if the problem followed the feeder, which it did. I informed Bambu of this, they promptly got back to me and said that I had two options, option one was that they send me a part and a roll of filament as an apology and I do a self fix, option 2 was to send the AMS back and Id get it returned fixed in several weeks time. I opted for option 1.
Now I havent heard a thing from them since, its been about a week. Nothing. I sent a follow up message, that has had no response either.
What am I supposed to do here? Do I have to go to paypal to get a partial refund for the faulty AMS? I really dont want to have to do that, as I like Bambu as a company and this is the first issue I have had with them. Is there any other way to get in contact? Anyone been through similar?

We are sorry to hear about the delay. This is not normal.

I will double check with our team to follow up shortly.

Thank you for your patience.

What is the normal wait time to receive a response to a ticket?

My tickets have been 1-2 days. I’ve had same day replies back and forth.

My response recently from the support ticket was 4 days, so they do take a bit of time to respond.
