So what’s your question? If you have filament stuck in the extruder, remove the extruder, open it up and remove the broken/jammed filament

It looks like the clamp is glued.
In the tutorial it look more like a clip which is easy to move.
So I’m a bit confused and not sure how to loosen the ribbon cable.
Just in case you haven’t resolved this…
The wiki doesn’t say some builds used glue like that. While the wiki is generally good, there’s a lot of edge-case questions like yours it just doesn’t cover. I’m new to Bambu and just went through this, so I have some empathy for ya.
Do not mess with the glue for the sensor cable. Instead, if you also remove the 2 front screws on the extruder housing, that detaches the sensor internally, and when you remove the extruder housing the sensor will be left attached. This is what you want.
Caution: The housing may “hold onto” the sensor even after you remove these 2 screws. As in a snag. Just be sure that the sensor is loose/free, and take the housing off from around the sensor.
There are at least 2 YouTube videos on this. They’re not perfect, so watch both if you need to.
