I am having trouble trying to identify what is causing the color to show through or if there is a setting to correct this. I am printing the part with two colors. Doesn’t matter which color I start with, as the main part, it will still show some color as it transitions from blue to white. When slicing the file it shows fine but the actual print will have one layer of the blue show through as in the picture.
I have tried different print qualities, more/less walls, different infills and still cant find where to fix this and any suggestions would be helpful.

What you are facing is bleed through.
Dark colour below with only a very thin white layer in this area means the white can’t properly cover it.
Like on a wall when painting you need more ‘coats’ 
Colour painting on a model can be a quick option but also comes with lots of problems, like what you are facing.
Within a CAD program you can just create one part for each colour and extrude out a bit more of the white part, like 2mm if the model is thick enough.
Of course you have to cut one part out of the other and join them in place as two parts.
Without this vital step Studio just merges parts as it sees fit, which usually ends in things you did not expect.
