I am hoping someone can help me before I contact support. As you can see in this image there is yellow PLA stuck in the extruder on the right nozzle. I removed the 3 screws to remove that cover plate (or what ever it is called) On youtube someone else had issue like this and they side to wiggle it side to side but that is having no effect. Is there any other trick I am missing.

Thanks, I did that. I pushed up the cutting thing and tried to remove it. It doesn’t come off and I do not want to put to much force. I was hoping someone had done this and could provide a trick or technique to remove it.
Did you remove 4 screws?
A slight wiggle should help. On the left is a spring loaded part. Keep a finger under the left side and push it up.
Ya, mine has three screw. I was able to get it. I used more force than I would have expected. Man, my fingers are sore on the finger tips. Crazy it took that much force. Getting it back on is not going to be tricky. I was able to remove the logged filament, now lets see if I can see if this works once I assemble it.

It was a huge clogged nozzle that required me to use a hex wrench to free up… wow, never had this happen before.
Use this model — it makes removing and reinstalling that part much easier.
I’m one of the users who has taken the print head apart more times than I’d prefer.

That does not sound good. with my 4 P1S the only time I had to take it apart was heat creep on PLA and the filament got stuck in the extruder. twice in 2 years so great track record. sounds like H2D is a little more finicky
No, it doesn’t. But I’m one of those who has experienced heat issues where the hotend cooling fan failed due to overheating and similar problems.
