How to make multiple top surfaces smooth

I just ran into the same issue. A workaround for me ist to firstly disable the „only one wall on top“ option ad alteady figured out in this thread and secondly i set the infll to 100 percent and disable all top layers (set top layers to 0). This works perfectly fine. If infill is necessary, im sure you could use modifier blocks where you set the top layers to 0, wich are just covering the survace of the base.

“Interface shells” works sometimes, and sometimes it doesn’t.
It only works with a color change directly after the toplayer. Try to paint as close (down) as you can to the top layer, the color must change immediately after top layer

I have the exact same problem and been researching for over a week now since I got the H2D. The hype was “It just works” but the reality is I am having to go to Bambu college just to get the slicer to not do this weird nonsense on flat top surface layers next to raised details. This also means on multi colored prints it switches filaments layers below when it needs to.
