How to orient a 3D printed model

Hello, Bambulab team. This is my first time to actually carry out 3D printing, but it seems not so smooth. I hope to get your help and professional suggestions.
3D scanning equipment: MIRACO 3D scanner
3D printer: Bambu Lab A1 mini
Question: After scanning a miniature model with a 3D scanner, how can I flatten the orientation of my model so that it can be used when printing? The items on my printer cannot be placed flat on the printing platform. I consulted the Revopoint manufacturer and was unable to fix the orientation of the 3D model in the scanning software. Scanning software is mainly used to capture and generate 3D models, while orientation adjustments are usually performed in slicing software or 3D modeling software. But in our slicing software, it’s hard to find an option to lay scanned items completely flat on the print bed with one click. Adjusting the orientation to lay flat may require manually changing the orientation of the X and Y axes through CAD software.

Is there any good solution, I need it very much.

you can try to align at maximum in blender and after you can make a boleean with a cube.

or just lower it through bed in BS to where it clips off a minor amount at bottom to make it flat?

Thanks for answer. It it not easy

I can ajust i with the rotations, but it is not accurate
