I did the vortek upgrade, filled out the automated request form for the SN change and nothing since. Do we get an email when it has been done? Did they finally fully automated it?
Just try to bind it Mine was activated 2 hours after my request but received the mail only the next day

I will soon. The correct AC board should be here today. I was just trying to set my expectations accordingly lol.
You will get an email once it’s complete. Mine took about 2 business days from the US. I submitted once I got the board while waiting. Do note, once they replace it in the system, your H2D will only print locally. Unless maybe that was just a bug I had.
